#INDO40 – Le Shop : 11 days to go !

Pop-up store, from August 28 to 31, 2020, galerie JOYCE, jardins du Palais Royal (Paris). From 10 AM to 8 PM.

Following the government decisions that ask us to limit the number of visitors so everybody can enjoy this event at its best, you’ll have to book a time slot ticket entrance on Thisisx.fr. For your safety, each person will be allowed to stay 15 mins maximum in the shop (face mask required + respect of the gestures barriers). It will also be forbidden to stay in front of the shop.

Some surprises are expected…

Record number of spectators for all disciplines (concerts and sports) since the inauguration of the Stade de France in 1998:

97,036 spectators expected tomorrow, May 21 at the Stade de France!

More than 400,000 spectators expected on 6 stadiums!

– Steel structure: 150 tons
– Video screen: 2500 m² composed of 1400 led panels for a weight of 68 tons: The biggest screen ever used for a live concert specially designed for the Central Tour.
– Light : 1500 projectors for a weight of 10 tons
– Sound: 30 tons
– 400 m of crash barriers
– Total weight of the equipped tower: 258 tons
– Height of the tower : 45 meters
– Stage: 850m².

HOW TO GET TO THE STADE DE FRANCE ?

 

1. PUBLIC TRANSPORT (RER / Bus / Metro)

You have to buy a ticket for the Stade de France Saint Denis station (RER D) or La Plaine Stade de France(RER B). Ticket’T are not valid in zone 2.

RER B: La Plaine Stade de France station
– 4 minutes from Gare du Nord and 8 minutes from Châtelet

RER D: Stade de France – St Denis station
– 5 mn from Gare du Nord and 9 mn from Châtelet

Metro Line 13: St Denis – Porte de Paris station
– 16 mn from Saint Lazare, 20 mn from Invalides and 25 mn from Montparnasse

Metro Line 12: Aubervilliers – Saint-Denis Front Populaire station
– 15 mn from Saint Lazare and 30 mn from Montparnasse

Tramway n°1 (St Denis Basilique station)

Remember to reserve your parking space in advance on the stadium’s website (there are no sales on site on the day of the concert).

Road access: A1 freeway (exit n°2 Stade de France) and A86 freeway (exit n°9 Saint Denis – La Plaine Stade de France).

Opening hours of the parking lots: from 8am to 1am
Please note: on the day of an event, access to the Stade de France is restricted. Only accredited vehicles and/or vehicles with a parking ticket will be allowed to circulate and park.

The Stade de France parking lots are all in the immediate vicinity of the stadium. Depending on your entrance door and if several parking lots are offered to you by the ticketing system.

Choose:
Parking P1 for entrance at gates N, R, S, T, U, X, Y (height limit: 2m10).
Parking P2 for the entrance at gates H, J, K, L, N, R (height limit: 2m).
Parking P3 for entrance at gates Z, A, B, C, D, E, G, H, J, K (height limit: 2m10).

 

Bus, Mini Van and Overweight
The stadium also has an outdoor parking lot that can accommodate buses and oversized vehicles (Parking P4).

3. TWO WHEELERS

In addition to the covered parking lots detailed in the car section, free parking spaces are also available on the road:
– Esplanade de l’écluse (north of the Stadium, at the bottom of the footbridge leading to metro line 13).
– P4 parking lot (south of the Stadium, on El Ouafi Street, in front of the P4).
– Sidewalk from rue Henri Delaunay to Place du Cornillon (behind Décathlon).

HOW TO GET TO THE MATMUT ATLANTIQUE ?

The stadium is accessible by various modes of transportation


It is strongly recommended to come by public transport
Are you close by ? the use of a bicycle is strongly recommended

Secure itinerary: the quays, the cours du Médoc, the allées de boutant, the avenue Marcel Dassault, the avenue Jean Gabriel Domergue, the allée Alexandre Dumas, the rue du Grand et du Petit Barail and finally the rue du Vergne towards the two-wheeler parking. A bicycle parking is available free of charge in the immediate vicinity of the stadium, cours Jules Ladoumègue (south side). A second secure parking is located on rue du Vergne (Gan/Groupama company parking).

The fastest way to get to the stadium. With a reinforced frequency 2 hours before and extended after the end of the concert until 00:30. Two metro stations near the Orange Velodrome,
Line M2, Rond-Point du Prado station: stop for spectators from the Jean Bouin and Virage Nord stands.
Line M2, Sainte-Marguerite Dromel station: stop for spectators from the Ganay and Virage Sud stands.

 

Bus:

By car: be careful, the area around the Orange Vélodrome offers few available parking spaces. For this reason, the Orange Vélodrome has set up a collaboration with private parking operators, so that its spectators can benefit from advantageous rates:

HOW TO GET TO THE GROUPAMA STADIUM ?

The parking lots of the stadium are already full. No additional vehicles will be allowed to park at the Groupama Stadium.

It is therefore essential to plan ahead and choose from the following options :

– A parking relay – Meyzieu les Panettes (sold-out) or Eurexpo (5€ for the parking and the return trip per person). 
9am: opening of the Meyzieu les Panettes parking lot (Tram T3 link to Décines Grand Large)
9:30 am: opening of the Eurexpo parking lot (buses leave every 45 minutes from 9:45 am)
5:00 pm: departure of the bus and streetcar shuttles that will take you directly to the stadium (journey time: less than 15 minutes).

– The streetcar shuttle, which goes directly to the stadium from Part-Dieu Villette Sud or Vaulx-En-Velin La Soie stations (5€ per person). 5pm : 1st departure
.
– A 2-wheel parking lot at Groupama Stadium (5€) – No sales on site
.
– Free bicycle parking under the northwest ramp of the stadium
.
– A Velo’V station, in front of the tramway station, available from 4pm to 1am

NB 1: if you wish to come before 5pm by public transport, we advise you to take the T7 tramway and get off at the “Décines OL Vallée” stop located at the foot of the stadium or the T3 tramway to the “Décines Grand Large” stop 800m from the stadium.
NB 2: a drop-off point will be exceptionally set up before and after the concert. Find it by typing “Parking P56” on Waze. Authorized parking time: 5 minutes.

Attention: backpacks are forbidden, small bags are allowed. Avoid bags and luggage that will not be accepted in the stadium (backpacks forbidden, small bags and pouches allowed).

Access and parking:
Trains, subways, buses, cars, bikes (…). Find all the information to get to the Pierre-Mauroy Stadium by clicking here.

 

Public transport:
To get to Pierre-Mauroy stadium, take line 1 or line 2 of the metro. You can also use the bus network by taking the Corolle 3 or the line 18 direction Villeneuve d’Ascq – Hôtel de Ville. Finally, V’lille stations are also available near the stadium.

 

Shuttles:
By taking the metro line 2, get off at the station Les Prés – Edgard Pisani, shuttles are set up on this event.
Free buses that take you to the stadium are also available.

Parking schedules: Remember to pre-reserve your parking space.

The A1 Motos parking lot, with a capacity of 500 spaces, is accessible free of charge on the days of the event, subject to availability.
