– Ticket refunds –

You can get your tickets refunded until August 31, 2021:

Tickets purchased via France Billet network (Francebillet.com, Fnac, fnacspectacles.com, Carrefour, Géant, Système U, Intermarché):

Customers who purchased tickets on the web (e-ticket or thermal ticket) can:

> Either contact directly report.centraltour@francebillet.com to get a refund, by sending a copy of the original tickets, crossed out with a pen with the mention “Cancelled”.

> Or send the original tickets to be refunded by post service, before 31/08/2021, preferably in a secure envelope, to the following address FRANCE BILLET – REPORT, 40 rue Jean Jaurès, 93170 BAGNOLET. The refund will be made by crediting the account of the bank card used for the purchase or by check. Please specify your postal address in your letter.

Customers who have purchased their tickets in store and have taken out cancellation insurance may :

> Either contact directly report.centraltour@francebillet.com to get a refund, by sending a copy of the original tickets, crossed out in pen with the mention “Cancelled”.

Customers who have purchased their tickets in-store without having taken out entertainment insurance must go to the sales point (with their tickets) where the last were bought.

For tickets purchased via ticketmaster.fr, leclercbilletterie.com, billetterie.auchan.fr, billetterie.cultura.com, please follow the procedure on this link.

For tickets bought in store (Auchan, Leclerc, Cora, Cultura), please go to the store where you bought your tickets, with your tickets.

For tickets purchase via the SeeTickets and Infoconcert network: the procedure to get a refund will be detailed on the upcoming e-mail that will be sent by SeeTickets. More information on this link.

For tickets purchase on Play Two website: the refund procedure will be detailed on the upcoming e-mail that will be sent by Play Two.

For any request concerning the purchase of concert tickets, made on the Groupama-Stadium.com website, please contact the Ticketmaster sales network.

Purchase of transport tickets made online on the Groupama-Stadium.com website

For any request concerning the purchase of a ticket, made on the Groupama-Stadium.com site, please contact the Olympique Lyonnais customer service, by e-mail serviceclient@ol.fr (with your transaction number). The request must be made by the person who made the purchase.

Purchase of PSH/PMR tickets at the OL ticket office or by phone via the OL customer service

Each customer will be contacted directly by the OL customer service, as soon as possible, to register a possible refund request.

Important announcement

Hello everyone,

We have an important announcement today, following what we all feared: the postponement of the Central Tour to 2022…

Until the last few days, we believed in it, we worked on it and we hoped… to succeed in maintaining these 6 stadiums this year. There is no need to describe to you the reasons why we have to do it, you all know it and live it as we do…

More than 400,000 of you have already booked for these 6 concerts, which makes it the biggest musical event of recent times…

But in order to welcome you as well as possible, so that you can also organize your respective schedules, we cannot make you wait any longer, the uncertainties of the authorities are too important.

We have worked to ensure that the postponed gigs are as close as possible to the original ones.

All our partners, all our team have done their best.

The most important thing to tell you is that all tickets for the Central Tour 2021 will remain valid in 2022. You won’t have to do anything more.

The same goes for all the people (medicals and others) we have invited…

Some of you, unfortunately, for various reasons, will not be able to be with us next year. If you’re concerned, you can get a full refund from tomorrow, until August 31, 2021, from the ticketing where you bought your tix.

Here are the new 2022 gigs for the Central Tour :

– Paris, Stade de France, June 19, 2021 is postponed to May 21, 2022
– Bordeaux, Matmut Atlantique, May 29, 2021 is postponed to June 4, 2022
– Marseille, Orange Vélodrome, June 5, 2021, is postponed to June 11, 2022
– Lyon, Groupama Stadium, June 26, 2021, is postponed to June 25, 2022
– Lille, Stade Pierre Mauroy on July 3+4, 2021, is postponed to July, 2+3, 2022

These concerts will take place, with the return of better days. We will then celebrate all together not our 40th but our 41st birthday, with you, and it will be awesome!

Hello to all of you,

Just some words to all you, who are waiting for the Central Tour (Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Paris and Lille), to the 350,000 who have booked their tix and who are as excited as us to be there.

We are working hard to ensure that these concerts are still planned, and I wanted to tell you that we haven’t received at this time any instructions from the authorities to postpone these shows.

The Central Tour is therefore, until further informations, still being scheduled as expected… We have a wonderful hope that we will be able to meet you again in a few months to celebrate our lives and dreams together…

We have been asked, precisely, to prove, with all the actors of the cultural and scientific sectors facing this pandemic, that concerts can take place this summer… We will keep you informed as soon as possible.

To all of you who have booked trains and hotels for the Central Tour, we will be able to officially certify, in mid-April and depending on the evolution of the situation in France, whether these concerts will take place in 2021 or not…

Take care of yourself as we will take care of you.
