– Ticket refunds –
You can get your tickets refunded until August 31, 2021:
Tickets purchased via France Billet network (Francebillet.com, Fnac, fnacspectacles.com, Carrefour, Géant, Système U, Intermarché):
Customers who purchased tickets on the web (e-ticket or thermal ticket) can:
> Either contact directly email@example.com to get a refund, by sending a copy of the original tickets, crossed out with a pen with the mention “Cancelled”.
> Or send the original tickets to be refunded by post service, before 31/08/2021, preferably in a secure envelope, to the following address FRANCE BILLET – REPORT, 40 rue Jean Jaurès, 93170 BAGNOLET. The refund will be made by crediting the account of the bank card used for the purchase or by check. Please specify your postal address in your letter.
Customers who have purchased their tickets in store and have taken out cancellation insurance may :
> Either contact directly firstname.lastname@example.org to get a refund, by sending a copy of the original tickets, crossed out in pen with the mention “Cancelled”.
> Or send the tickets to be refunded by post so that they arrive before 31/08/2021, preferably by secure mail, to the following address FRANCE BILLET – REPORT, 40 rue Jean Jaurès, 93170 BAGNOLET. The refund will be made by check. Please specify your postal address in your letter.
Customers who have purchased their tickets in-store without having taken out entertainment insurance must go to the sales point (with their tickets) where the last were bought.

For tickets bought in store (Auchan, Leclerc, Cora, Cultura), please go to the store where you bought your tickets, with your tickets.
For tickets purchase via the SeeTickets and Infoconcert network: the procedure to get a refund will be detailed on the upcoming e-mail that will be sent by SeeTickets. More information on this link.
For tickets purchase on Play Two website: the refund procedure will be detailed on the upcoming e-mail that will be sent by Play Two.

For any request concerning the purchase of a ticket, made on the Groupama-Stadium.com site, please contact the Olympique Lyonnais customer service, by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org (with your transaction number). The request must be made by the person who made the purchase.
Purchase of PSH/PMR tickets at the OL ticket office or by phone via the OL customer service
Each customer will be contacted directly by the OL customer service, as soon as possible, to register a possible refund request.
