Les Enfoirés / Restos du Coeur : despite our numerous reminders, Les Restos du Coeur don’t seem interested by our assignment of copyrights (author and composer) concerning the song 3ième Sexe, covered by Les Enfoirés. Dominique Nicolas and Nicola Sirkis have decided to offer the assignment to Le Secours Populaire. We will post the notarial act in few days. There is still no response from EMI Publishing, the label of the song.

Japan : Indochine is particularly shocked to learn that Un Ange à ma Table CD is being sold more than 100€ on some bidding websites. Please don’t buy it ! We are currently working on a MP3 format, for the Red cross website. Again, all benefits will be given to the japanese Red cross, for the earthquake survivors.

300 enveloppes including the CD were sent yesterday. New ones will be sent as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience.

Details of the operation

The company Level, which is producing the CD (disc and cover) has offered 100 more copies for the cause. We thank them. These 100 CD (last ones) will be sold tomorrow at 6pm. We are also working with the french Red cross to create a MP3 version (exclusively sold on the website of the Red cross). Thank you for Japan. And don’t forget, you can also make a donation.

Details :

Sales of 1600 CD (8€) :
12 800 € for the french Red cross (total sum given to the japanese Red cross). The studio and japanese coaching are offered by Sony. All production, manufacturing and packaging costs are supported by KMS/Indochine. Next week, all members of the band will also give a hand for the shipment of the CDs.

– Manufacturing and delivery of 1500 CD : 2768,74 €
– Postage costs : approx. 1600 CD at 2,85 € : 4560 €
