Following the cover of the song 3e Sexe by Les Enfoirés : here is the copy of the notary act containing the transfer of Nicola’s copyrights for Le Secours Populaire. Dominique Nicolas has done the same concerning his composer rights.

EMI Publishing hasn’t answered on its publisher rights transfer yet…

Les Enfoirés / Restos du Coeur : despite our numerous reminders, Les Restos du Coeur don’t seem interested by our assignment of copyrights (author and composer) concerning the song 3ième Sexe, covered by Les Enfoirés. Dominique Nicolas and Nicola Sirkis have decided to offer the assignment to Le Secours Populaire. We will post the notarial act in few days. There is still no response from EMI Publishing, the label of the song.
